    Follow the shipping and return instructions we send you. Quick tip: Hang on to the shipping box and packing supplies for reuse.

  • 3. Refund

    Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, we will issue your refund minus any shipping costs associated with your order and return. Please allow up to 14 days for the full item amount to be refunded to the original payment method you used.
